Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 6 Cuttlefish tubes (approx. 100 g each)
  • 200 g Arctic sea shrimps
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • some stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • several sheets Rocket salad

Directions

    Peel garlic and dice finely. Wash squid tubes and cut into thin rings. Cook in boiling salted water for about 1 minute. Drain. Mix the icy sea shrimps with the squid rings. Mix garlic cubes with lemon juice. Fold in olive oil.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad. Cut parsley into fine strips and add to the salad. Clean and wash the romaine lettuce, line plates with it and add the squid salad. Leave to marinate for about 1 hour. Garnish with lemon wedges as desired
