Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: level 3). Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Steam in hot butter for about 5 minutes. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Unroll the dough and place it on the baking tray with baking paper. Spread the spring onions and tomatoes on top. Wash the thyme, shake dry, remove the leaves and sprinkle on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven on the lower shelf for about 15 minutes. Take out, sprinkle with oil.
