2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
7-10 Tbsp some capers
7-10 Tbsp Pepper
7-10 Tbsp Organic Lemon

Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Mix with the sardines and oil in a bowl. Drizzle lemon juice over them, add capers and season with pepper. Cover and put in a cool place. Garnish with lemon wedges.
