  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 3 tin(s) (125 g each) Sardines (in olive oil; without bones)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp some capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Organic Lemon

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Mix with the sardines and oil in a bowl. Drizzle lemon juice over them, add capers and season with pepper. Cover and put in a cool place. Garnish with lemon wedges.
