Spring onion salad with Serrano ham

Ingredients

  • 300 g Spring onions
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 200 g Kalamata olives
  • 80 g Serrano ham

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into pieces of about 8 cm. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the lower pieces of spring onion for about 8 minutes while turning. After about 5 minutes add the remaining onion pieces. Season with salt

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips. Cucumber wash, clean and cut into slices. For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add 4 tbsp.

    oil drop by drop. Mix prepared ingredients and olives. Arrange salad and ham. Bread tastes good with it
