Wash the lime hot, dry and finely grate the peel. Squeeze the lime. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into rings. Peel onions and cut into rings. Wash the meat, dab dry, dice.
Fry the meat in hot oil all around for 5-6 minutes. Mix with salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, chilli, onions, lime zest and juice. Take out and let cool down a little.
Clean the salad, wash, shake dry and pluck into pieces. Peel and chop the kiwis. Crumble feta. Wash mint, dab dry, pluck leaves. Mix everything and serve. Served with: baguette.
