Ingredients

  • 3 Stem(s) Lemon thyme
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes. Take out, let cool down

    Wash herbs, dab dry, remove leaves, chop parsley. Squeeze lemon

  3. 3

    set aside 2 slices of garlic for garnishing, finely chop the remaining garlic

    Mix cream cheese in a bowl with herbs, garlic and pink berries. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with thyme, pink berries and garlic slices
