Ingredients

  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 10 (approx. 30 g) green olives without stone
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Oregano
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan shavings

Directions

    Wash the chilli pepper, dab dry, clean. Halve the chillies lengthwise, remove the seeds, chop the pod finely. Cut olives into rings. Grate parmesan finely. Wash oregano, shake dry, pluck leaves

    Mix cream cheese in a bowl with chilli, olives, parmesan, oregano, olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with Parmesan shavings
