Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 1 pack of (450 g; 6 rectangular discs)
  • 7-10 Tbsp TK-sheet pastry
  • 500 g leaf spinach or chard
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 12 thin slices of cooked ham
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • baking paper

Directions

    Defrost the puff pastry. Clean and wash the spinach. Peel and chop garlic and fry in hot oil. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let cool off

    Grate cheese. Wash the chives and chop finely. Mix with sour cream, about 2/3 cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg

    Cut the slices of dough in half crosswise and place them on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Spread half of the sour cream on top. Spread spinach, ham, rest of sour cream and cheese on top. Fold the dough corners upwards

    Whisk the egg yolks with 1 tbsp. water. Spread the edges of the dough with it. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes
