Mix salad cream, ketchup and orange juice until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Wash the dill, pluck the flag from the stalks. Arrange cocktail on plates. Spread some sauce over them. Sprinkle dill on top. Garnish the cocktail with slices of lemon and apple. Add the rest of the sauce.
If you prefer the sauce to be hearty and not fruity, you can use 4 tablespoons of cucumber stock instead of the orange juice
