Spicy string beans with turkey strips

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Turkey filet
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 30 g Sesame seed
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Asian sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and chilli pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the beans into pieces. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes and let them drain on a sieve. In the meantime, cut turkey filet into thin slices. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the meat in it until crispy and take it out. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

    Wash the chilli pepper, cut into fine rings and remove the seeds. Put the remaining oil in the pan and heat it up. Fry the sesame and chilli in it. Add beans and asia sauce and toss briefly. Arrange beans and turkey strips on a plate. Garnish with parsley and chilli
