Spicy rice noodles with steak strips

It is also called the Asian lightning pasta. Because after only two minutes, the rice noodles are ready to join steak and tomatoes.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 2-3 (approx. 500 g) Rump steaks
  • 2–3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Chillies
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1⁄2 bunch/pot of coriander
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Cook the pasta in approx. 2 1⁄2 l of boiling water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, quench. Dab steak dry, cut into thin strips. Peel and chop garlic. Cut chilli lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop.

    Wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash the coriander, remove the leaves.

    Heat the oil in a large pan or wok. Brown the meat in it in portions for 2-3 minutes, remove. Sauté the garlic and chilli in hot frying fat. Add soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sugar, tomatoes, meat and noodles.

    Continue cooking for about 5 minutes while stirring. Sprinkle with coriander.
