Peel and wash kohlrabi and carrots. Cut kohlrabi into approx. 1 1⁄2 cm thick sticks, carrots into slices. Heat butter in a pot. Steam vegetables in it. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.
Pour 75 ml of water. Cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Fry the sausages in hot oil for 8-10 minutes. Wash tarragon or parsley and cut finely. Pour cream into the vegetables and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Stir in herbs and mustard, season to taste. Serve with sausages.
Mashed potatoes go well with it.
