Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Clean, wash and dice the zucchini. Wash turkey breast, dab dry, dice. Fry meat in 3 tbsp. hot oil for approx. 5 minutes.
Fry the zucchini for about 3 minutes. Wash the thyme and remove the leaves. Season everything with salt, pepper and thyme.
Divide into four small or one large oiled ovenproof dish. Crumble the rusks. Grate, mix and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
