Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork goulash
  • 300 g Onions
  • 3 large peppers (e.g. red, green, yellow)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Possibly cut the meat a little smaller. Peel onions and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces

    Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the meat in portions until crispy, turning. Season with salt and pepper. Add onions and also fry briefly

    Add the pepper pieces to the meat and sauté briefly. Sweat tomato paste, sweet paprika and flour. Deglaze with 3/4 l water and bring to the boil. Cover and stew for about 1 1/4 hours.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash parsley and chop except for a little bit. Sprinkle goulash with parsley and garnish. Drain and add the noodles

    Drink: cold beer
