Ingredients

Servings: 80
  • 150 g + some cornmeal
  • 70 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + some mild curry powder
  • 1⁄8 l Milk
  • 20 g Butter
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Puzzle piece cutter

Directions

  1. 1

Mix 150 g corn flour, 70 g flour, approx. 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1⁄2 tsp chilli and 2 tbsp curry in a bowl. Heat milk (do not boil!). Take it off the stove. Melt butter in the milk. Add to the flour and immediately knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the mixer.

  2. 2

Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line two baking trays with baking paper. Cut the dough in half, roll out each sheet to a thickness of approx. 2 mm on some corn flour. Use a jigsaw puzzle piece cutter (approx. 4 cm) to cut out jigsaw puzzle pieces, knead the dough again, roll out and cut out.

  3. 3

Spread out on the sheets. Bake in a hot oven for 6-8 minutes. Take out the nachos and pull them off the tray together with the paper. Dust with some curry and let it cool down.
