Spicy meatball in a vegetable bed

Ingredients

  • 200 g baby potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 80 g Tatar (scraped meat)
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) small zucchini
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp some parsley and chives
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook covered for about 20 minutes

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead with minced meat and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form a meatball from it

    Clean, wash and chop the zucchini and tomato. Wash herbs, peel garlic and chop both

    Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Fry the meatball for 4-5 minutes on each side. Keep warm. In the meantime drain potatoes, cut in half lengthwise

    Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in the frying fat. Sauté garlic, potatoes and vegetables in it. Sweat tomato paste with. Boil up with 100 ml water and broth. Stew open for about 5 minutes. Add herbs and season to taste. Arrange the meatball on top
