  • 2 TABLESPOONS Juniper berries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rosemary needles
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Salt
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 100 ml Vinegar Essence

    Lightly crush juniper berries in mortar. Bring all ingredients to the boil in a pot with 400 ml water. Pour the vinegar into a clean bottle, close it tightly and let it stand for about 1 week
