Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Cook in salted water for about 20 minutes
Clean or peel and wash the soup vegetables. Cut carrots into slices, remaining vegetables into fine cubes. Peel onions and garlic. Chop both
Fry the minced meat in a large pan in hot oil until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add onions, garlic and soup greens and fry. Add tomato paste and sauté. Deglaze with 1/4 l water and boil up. Stir in stock and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes
Drain and mash the potatoes. Add milk and fat and stir in. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put the minced meat mixture into an ovenproof dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes
