Ingredients

  • 1.25 kg Sour cherries
  • 100 ml Red wine vinegar
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 2 TEASPOONS 5-spice powder

Directions

    Cherries, washing, cleaning and stoning

    Boil up vinegar, sugar, 200 ml water and 5-spice powder. Add the cherries, bring to the boil again and pour into previously hot rinsed glasses with twist-off lids. Close glasses tightly. Put the cherries in a cool place and consume within 4 weeks
