Ingredients

Servings: 45
  • 250 g + some flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 125 g cold butter/ margarine
  • 50 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 50 Gouda (play)
  • 1 Egg yolk (Gr. M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whipped cream/milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Caraway seeds
  • 1 TABLESPOON dried herbs, e.g. marjoram or thyme' baking paper

Directions

    Grate parmesan. Mix with 250 g flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add egg and fat in pieces. Knead first with the dough hooks, then briefly with your hands until smooth. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes

    Roll out the dough onto some flour to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut out about 45 cookies. Spread them on two baking trays covered with baking paper

    Grate gouda. Mix the egg yolks and cream. Spread the cream on the cookies. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, herbs and cheese. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool down
