Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Natural rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1–2 Garlic cloves
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 Pork cutlet (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Meanwhile peel garlic and ginger and dice finely. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, chilli sauce, garlic and ginger.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Clean, wash and quarter the spring onions and cut into thin strips. Halve the peppers lengthwise, clean and cut into thin strips. Put spring onions and peppers in a bowl with cold water.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut in half. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in portions in a pan. Fry the escalopes for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Drain rice and mix with butter. Remove spring onions and pepperoni from the water and add to the marinade.

    Prepare the schnitzel. Pour the marinade with vegetable strips on top. Serve with rice.
