Spaghettini in tomato-tabasco sauce

Ingredients

  • 75 g Spaghettini
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1 package (200 g) pureed tomatoes
  • 1 knife tip Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
  • 50 g smoked turkey breast cold cuts
  • 1 TABLESPOON sliced parmesan cheese
  • 1 Herb bouquet for garnishing

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Wash, clean and chop the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pot, fry the spring onions and tomato. Add tomato puree. Season to taste with thyme, salt, pepper and Tabasco.

    Cut turkey meat into strips. Drain spaghetti and add to the tomato sauce. Fold in the turkey meat. Arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with parmesan curls. Garnish with a bouquet of herbs as desired
