Bring 3-4 l salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) to the boil. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Sort and wash the spinach. Peel garlic and cut into slices.
Dice the ham and fry it in a large pan in hot oil. Fry the garlic briefly. Add the tomatoes, zucchini and dripping wet spinach and steam for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add cream to the vegetables, bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Drain noodles and serve with vegetable sauce. Serve with parmesan.
