Spaghetti with tomato mince sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (500 g) Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 medium onion
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried herbs of Provence
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Oregano
  • 100 g green olives

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the garlic and onion for the sauce. Peel, wash and finely chop the carrots. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Heat the oil. Fry onion and minced meat in it over high heat for about 10 minutes, turning. Add garlic, carrots and tomatoes.

    Season with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Deglaze with 250 ml water. Cook for another 5 minutes. Cut the feta cheese into fine slices. Pluck oregano leaves from the stalks. Season sauce again. Serve pasta and sauce sprinkled with olives, feta cheese and oregano
