Spaghetti with tomato and ham sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • 1 TEASPOON dried herbs of Provence
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 150 g Spaghetti
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Fry in hot oil. Add strained tomatoes and bring to the boil. Cut ham into strips and add to the sauce. Season with dried herbs, salt and pepper.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and serve with sauce and parmesan.
