Noodles with basil-peas sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 geh. Tsp Mehl
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 3/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 Pot or bunch Basil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean, clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut bacon into small cubes as well. Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Add bacon and diced onion, fry until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour, add peas. Deglaze with cream and broth. Bring to the boil while stirring constantly and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Wash basil, dab dry, pluck leaves, possibly cut a little smaller. Stir 3/4 into the sauce, season again. Mix pasta and sauce and serve.
