Spaghetti with rocket

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Rocket
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 75 g Bacon
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp (Instant)
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lime juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and roughly chop the rocket. Peel onions, cut into fine slices. Cut bacon into small pieces.

    Bring the stock and cream to the boil briefly. Add sauce thickener, bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice. Fold in rocket. Heat oil. Leave out bacon, fry onion slices until golden brown.

    Arrange noodles and sauce with fried bacon and onions in portions.
