Ribbon noodles with bacon and tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Stalk (200 g) Leeks
  • 250 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 100 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 400 g Ribbon noodles with ribbed rim (Lasagnette)

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Clean and chop the mushrooms with a brush. Dice bacon and leave it in a hot pan. Add mushrooms and leek and fry them. Chop the tomatoes in the tin with a knife and add to the vegetables.

    Let it boil down for 10-15 minutes in the open pan. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Season tomato sauce with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve noodles with the sauce
