Spaghetti with pesto and parmesan

Ingredients

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 2 Federation or pot of basil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 40 g Pine nuts
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese
  • 7-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt, white pepper.

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile wash the basil and remove the leaves. Peel garlic. Chop basil, garlic, 2 tablespoons pine nuts and cheese finely in the universal chopper. Add oil bit by bit.

    Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of pine nuts on top.
