Preparation: Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté garlic and chilli in it. Drain spaghetti on a sieve and toss in the garlic oil.
Clean rocket, remove coarse stalks. Wash the rocket, drain and fold into the spaghetti. Arrange spaghetti with Parma ham on plates and garnish with chillies.
