Spaghetti with four cheese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 50 g ital. Hard cheese (e.g. provolone)
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1/4 l-3/8 l milk
  • 1 TEASPOON Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, dice the mozzarella and gorgonzola. Grate the remaining cheese. Peel and chop onion. Steam in hot oil. Boil up with wine, milk and thyme. Melt cheese in it
