Heat plenty of water in a large covered pot. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into florets. Cut the florets into slices. Peel and chop the stalk. When the water boils, add about 2 tsp. salt and pasta and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Add broccoli 6-8 minutes before the end of cooking time and cook until done
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Peel and chop the onion. Add to the mince and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add stock, bring to the boil, add herb cream cheese and let it melt
Drain the pasta and let it drain. Put them back into the pot. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, add to the noodles, mix everything and serve immediately
