Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain. In the meantime wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Remove seeds as desired.
Peel the sausage and cut into strips. Clean iceberg lettuce and cut into fine strips. Wash the salad and drain. For the Marinade Asia mix sauce, vinegar and oil. Season with salt, sugar, Sambal Oelek and soy sauce.
Mix pasta, tomatoes, sausage, salad and marinade. Leave to stand for a while and season to taste again. Wash the parsley and cut it into fine strips except for a small bunch for garnishing and sprinkle over it.
