Spaghetti ice cream

Ingredients

  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 12 (approx. 900 ml) scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS white chocolate flake

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries, cut them up to two pieces for decoration, dice them coarsely and sprinkle them with sugar. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes and puree finely with a hand blender. Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff and distribute on 4 plates. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices. Press 3 scoops of ice cream one after the other through a spaetzle press over the cream. Spread strawberry sauce on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Decorate with strawberries
