Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g lean smoked bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 potty Thyme
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 75 g Whipped cream
  • 75-100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil

Directions

  1. 1

Cut the bacon into fine cubes. Peel onion and also dice finely. Wash the thyme, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Mix eggs, cream, 50 g parmesan and the thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Put spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, put oil in a pan and let the bacon in it crisp.

  2. 2

Add the onions and fry briefly. Take out half of the bacon and put aside. Pour the spaghetti on a sieve and drain well. Then immediately put it into the pan and mix it with the bacon. Take the pan off the heat, add the egg cream and mix everything. (The sauce should remain nice and creamy). Arrange noodles on plates. Serve sprinkled with remaining bacon and cheese
