Clean and wash the spinach and drain well on a sieve. Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onions. Peel garlic and also dice finely. Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the onions until transparent. Mix in pine nuts, garlic and herbs and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the spinach and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, turning.
Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile grate cheese roughly. Drain noodles, quench, drain and add to spinach. Mix well. Serve on a plate sprinkled with cheese. Garnish with basil as desired
