Spaetzle sausage salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g SpƤtzle
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 200 g Cave Cheese
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Chives and parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 Onions
  • 100 g Rocket

Directions

    Cook the spaetzle in salt water according to the instructions on the packet, pour onto a sieve and drain. Cut the sausage into strips. Cut cheese into pieces. Wash, clean and halve tomatoes. Wash herbs, dab dry and cut finely.

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add 3 tablespoons of oil. Stir in herbs. Mix pasta, tomatoes, sausage, cheese and marinade and let it soak through well. Peel onions and cut into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the onion rings until golden brown. Clean, wash and chop the rocket. Season salad again.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the onion rings until golden brown. Clean, wash and chop the rocket. Season salad again. Fold the onion rings and rocket into the salad. Put the salad in a bowl and serve
