Cut the meat into cubes and put them on the skewers (1 skewer: 200-250 g meat). Place skewers side by side on a fat pan of the oven and sprinkle or brush with oil. Season the skewers with pepper, paprika and thyme and grill them under the preheated grill (middle or lower bar) for about 25 minutes. In between, brush the skewers with the gravy and turn them if necessary. Arrange on a large plate garnished with fresh herbs and lemon
