Ingredients

Servings: 28
  • 10 Bounty (à 28,5 g/ = 285 g), with milk chocolate
  • 50 g Coconut cream, sweetened
  • 75 g Coconut flake
  • 28 Moluccan alupraline cups

Directions

    Cut or chop Bounty into fine cubes. Place in a bowl together with coconut cream. Knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Form approx. 28 small balls with your hands and roll them in grated coconut. Leave to dry for approx. 3 hours and place in small aluminium praline moulds
