Ingredients

  • 3-4 Kumquat
  • 2 stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cider vinegar
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 stem(s) Sage
  • 2 stem(s) Tarragon

Directions

    Wash the kumquat and prick several times with a wooden stick. Wash lemon balm. Put kumquats and lemon balm in a bottle. Fill up with vinegar and let it soak well.

    Peel the garlic, wash the herbs and dab dry. Put garlic and herbs also in a bottle and fill up with oil.
