  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 300 g smoked salmon
  • 1 TABLESPOON very good olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1⁄4 Boxes Cress
  • 1 Appetizer ring or aluminium foil

Directions

    Squeeze the lime. Clean, wash and roughly chop the spring onion. Dice salmon finely. Mix with spring onion, oil and lime juice.

    Season the tartar with salt and pepper and serve with the help of the starter ring (approx. 4 cm Ø; alternatively fold 4 rings of aluminium foil). Cut the cress from the bed. Garnish tartar with cress and possibly lime.
