Wash the thyme, shake dry. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut in half horizontally. Put them into an oiled ovenproof dish. Peel the garlic, cut into thin slices and sprinkle over the tomatoes
Halve the chilli lengthwise, wash, seed and finely chop the chilli. Spread the chilli and thyme stalks over the tomatoes. Season with salt
Mix oil, honey and vinegar and drizzle over the tomatoes. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 30 minutes
