Smoked salmon spread with dill

Ingredients

  • 3 Shallots
  • 500 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 Federation Dill
  • 450 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Crispbread

Directions

    Peel and finely dice 3 shallots. Finely dice 500 g smoked salmon. Wash 2 bunches of dill, shake dry and chop finely. Mix 450 g crème fraîche, shallots and dill.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and 2-3 tsp. lemon juice. Fold in salmon. Served with: crispbread.
