Ingredients

  • 75 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Frisée salad
  • 100 g red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tin(s) (400 g) Hearts of Palm
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Salad cream (40 % fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 package (12.5 g) frozen dill

Directions

    Clean and wash salads. Clean, wash and halve tomatoes. Cut palm hearts into diagonal slices. Mix salad cream and mustard. Peel garlic, chop finely and stir in.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the dill. Arrange salads, palm hearts and tomatoes on plates. Pour some dressing over them. Add the rest of the dressing.
