Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes (about 150 g each)
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 250 g lactose-free Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 30 discs (approx. 100 g) wafer-thin sliced salami (ask the butcher for lactose-free variety)

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for 20-30 minutes. Wash and clean the tomatoes. Cut tomatoes and cheese into about 30 slices each. Rinse potatoes under cold water, drain and peel.

    Cut the potatoes into about 30 slices and place them next to each other on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Season potato slices with basil and salt.

    Cover with salami, tomato and cheese slices. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.
