  • 4 Federation soup greens, each with a little parsley
  • 4–5 Onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Sticks of lemongrass
  • 2 hazelnut-sized pieces of ginger
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry Powder
  • 9 (à 20 g; without head, in shell) raw prawns
  • 200 g Chinese cabbage
  • 150 g Sweet peas
  • 150 g Wholemeal pasta (e.g. small mussel pasta)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1–2 Bay leaves
  • 1 big red pepper
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 175 g Chicken filet
  • 350 g waxy potatoes
  • 0?$? Spring onions
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Peppercorns
  • 4 Carrots
  • 250 g lean pork chop

Directions

    Preparation of basic stock: Clean and wash the soup vegetables. Remove parsley from the bunches. Set aside 1 bunch of soup vegetables. Peel carrots and celery from the remaining bunches. Clean the leek. Wash the vegetables and cut into large pieces. Peel and chop the onions. Put soup vegetables and onions in the pot. Add about 4 litres of cold water so that everything is covered. Add 1-2 teaspoons of salt, bring to the boil and simmer at low heat for about 1 1/2 hours. From the remaining soup green peel carrots and celery, wash and cut into strips. Clean, wash and cut the leek into fine strips. Finely chop parsley. Chill the vegetable strips and parsley. Pour stock through a sieve into a pot, season with salt and pepper. For the desired variants, simmer some vegetable strips, the respective ingredients and approx. 1.25 litres of broth for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle each with some parsley

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions, drain and rinse in cold water. Wash lemongrass, remove outer leaves. Tap the stalk with the back of a knife. Peel ginger and cut into strips. Peel prawns, except for the tail fin, and remove the intestines. Wash shrimps and pat dry. Clean, wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces. Wash sugar snap peas and pat dry

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and rinse in cold water. Wash and clean the chillies, cut them into rings and remove the seeds. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean, wash and cut broccoli into florets. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips

    Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water. Clean, wash and slice the spring onions. Crush peppercorns. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Cut the smoked pork into cubes
