Sliced pork from the wok

Ingredients

  • 400 g Pork escalope
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 Protein
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 35 g Cornstarch
  • 3 red peppers
  • 500 g large carrots
  • 1 can(s) (236 ml) Pineapple in slices
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 200 g Basmati fragrant rice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Chili sauce
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander

Directions

    Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Stir 2 tablespoons soy sauce, egg white, 1 salt and 30 g starch until smooth. Mix the meat with the sauce and chill for approx. 30 minutes. In the meantime, cut the peppers into quarters, clean and wash them and cut the wide one into thin strips. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into very fine strips. Drain the pineapple and collect the juice.

    Cut the pineapple slices into pieces. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them diagonally into pieces. Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. For the sauce, whisk 5 tablespoons of water with 5 g starch. Stir in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and pineapple juice. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and fry the meat in portions. Take out with a skimmer and drain on kitchen paper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and briefly fry the vegetables in it. Stir the sauce again and pour into the wok, bring to the boil while stirring. Add the pineapple pieces and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the meat and also heat for another 1 minute. Pour rice onto a sieve and drain.

    Take out with a skimmer and drain on kitchen paper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and briefly fry the vegetables in it. Stir the sauce again and pour into the wok, bring to the boil while stirring. Add the pineapple pieces and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the meat and also heat for another 1 minute. Pour rice onto a sieve and drain. Arrange in portions and add rice. Garnish with coriander
