Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel the shallots and cut into slices. Cut cucumbers into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat in it in portions, season with salt and pepper.
Put the meat back into the pan, add the shallots and fry briefly. Add cucumbers. Dust with flour. Add stock and cream, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper.
Put the beef cutlets on a plate and serve garnished with parsley. Noodles taste good with it.
