Ingredients

  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 Onion
  • 40 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch marjoram, chives, parsley and chervil
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g green ribbon noodles
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g Tinned tomatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 1/8 l Tomato juice
  • 1/2 bunch Basil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs

    Soak the buns. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut bacon into small cubes. Wash, clean and chop the mushrooms. Skip the bacon. Fry onion and mushrooms in bacon fat.

    Wash and chop the herbs. Mix the steamed ingredients, herbs, squeezed bread roll, minced meat and egg to a mass. Season with salt and pepper. Form dumplings from it. Shortly before serving, fry in hot oil all around for about 8 minutes. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. For the sauce, peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press. Chop the tomatoes finely. Heat the fat. Sauté garlic in it. Deglaze with canned tomatoes and juice, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
