Side dish: Fennel with prosciutto & parmesan

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2–3 Fennel tubers (about 600 g)
  • 3 discs Parma ham
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 30 g Parmesan (piece)

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the fennel. Chop the fennel greens. Roast the ham in the pan and take it out. Steam fennel in hot oil with 2-3 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes, season. Sprinkle with crumbled ham and fennel green.

    Slice cheese over it.
